Important Notice
Please be advised that with effect from 15 October, 2011 no monies by wire or any other means, should be paid into the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation (SIDF) Escrow Account in respect of Citizenship by Investment applications until the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) issues a letter advising that the application has been approved in principle. Please also take note of the following swift code at Bank of Nova Scotia which was omitted from the C4 forms recently provided: Account No. 001058747; SWIFT: NOS CKNSK.
Hence, from 15 October, 2011 onwards, all applications for Citizenship by investment (including the SIDF option) must be submitted to the CIU along with the appropriate Due Diligence Fees, and on completion of the "Due Diligence" process, the CIU would provide instructions in relation to the payment to the SIDF account. New regulations authorizing this procedure have been signed by the Hon Prime Minister and will be gazetted and published shortly. For more information please contact The CGC Inc. Office.
